1. Scrub away the patches
Many health and beauty centers such as Kaya skin care clinic have simple 20 minute exfoliation treatments that gently peel the top epidermal layer of the skin, to reveal beautiful glowing skin. There are also several laser and detoxifying treatments that pave way to beautiful, glowing new you!

2. Clay pack
A must-try during the rains would be the ‘Truly Matte Purifying’ facial from Mogok at Clarins that calms and decongests skin leaving it fresh and luminous. It also gives the skin an oil-balance. Here, the pores of your skin are cleansed with a clay plant based peel mixed with lemon and pineapple, thus reducing oiliness while keeping the skin hydrated.

3. Chemexfoliate
A chemical form of exfoliation, chemexfoliation includes application of a peel on the skin which removes the dead cells from the surface of the skin revealing a fresher, smoother and brighter skin. Combination of peels may be used like Easy TCA and lactipeel among others.

4. Be well polished
Another safe procedure for deep dermal exfoliation is skin polishing in which aluminum oxide crystals are splashed over the surface of the skin and sucked back by vacuum. This is a mechanical process unlike regular peels. It not only removes the dead skin layer but also removes tan, thereby giving the skin an even and shining complexion. There are also a variety of body exfoliation treatments available at several spas that renew the epidermal layer of the body leading way to a glowing, soft skin.

5. At home remedies
If you’re looking for a more reasonable option, use scrubs which contain silicon beads which may roll out the dead cells and unclog the pores. Follow it up with a clay mask for oily skin or a nourishing mask for dry skin. You will feel the difference almost instantly!
